As part of CITC Administration & Compliance, the Project Management Office (PMO) has been established to create and support an Enterprise Project Management environment for CITC. Substantial growth in terms of people, infrastructure, and projects over a number of years has resulted in the need to bring about a more formal way of managing projects and provide greater visibility and transparency into CITC operations.
