How does the warranty period affect the support of a Dell, Apple or UNT-built machine?

A machine is fully supported (parts & labor) during the warranty period. MMS will continue to support a machine after the warranty expires until the machine reaches six years of age. During the period from end of warranty to six years, MMS may need to charge for replacement parts but not for labor.
