How do I install OCS (Office Communicator) on my machine?

  1. Click Start, and then click My Computer.
  2. In the address bar, type \\citcwin1
  3. Double click the Apps folder.
  4. Double click the OCS folder.
  5. Double click the Communicator.msi file and follow the prompts to finalize the installation.
  6. When OCS starts you should automatically log in.
