We are available 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, except when the University is closed.
Methods of Contact
- A Remedy ticket is required for all requests; this will increase security and enable DCS to track their workload.
- Supported staff can submit service requests via the Remedy Web Client by clicking here.
- If unable to access Remedy, please call the UNT Help Desk at 940 565-2324 and ask them to submit a Remedy ticket for you, or send a detailed email to DCS@unt.edu.
