Services

DCS provides support to all CITC staff and other supported departmental personnel who require assistance in the following areas, but not limited to:

  • Desktop Hardware\Software Support
  • Active Directory Accounts and Access
  • Outlook Accounts and Access
  • DNS\DHCP Registry Management
  • Desktop Hardware\Software Installation
  • Desktop Hardware\Software Inventory
  • Internet Access
  • Network Storage
  • Printer Setup\Maintenance
  • Security
  • Technology Replacement

Hours of Operation

Assistance will be available from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, except when the University is closed due to holidays, administrative closings, or inclement weather. We are available after hours as needed.

Feedback

DCS is proactive in seeking feedback. To ensure customer satisfaction, faculty and staff may be randomly selected to complete a short online survey. DCS also encourages all UNT staff to provide feedback regarding its services at any time by sending email to DCS@unt.edu
