Programmer Analyst

The Programmer Analyst is a professional position involving complex technical work analyzing administrative problems that typically have university-wide or system-wide implications. A Programmer Analyst works with IT teams and university departments to develop, maintain, and enhance the ERP application, serving as a hands-on ERP analyst and developer. This individual may also have short-term responsibilities for organizing and controlling the activities of a group ("team") of programmers and analyst engaged in various projects.  Experience as a PeopleSoft application developer is desired.

Programmer Analyst – Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence

The Programmer Analyst is a professional position involving complex technical work analyzing administrative problems that typically have university-wide or system-wide implications. This individual performs work involving design, development, maintenance, and coordinating the operation of the data warehouse and business intelligence for all UNT System institutions. This individual may also have responsibilities for organizing and controlling the activities of a group ("team") of programmers and business analysts engaged in various projects. Cognos, data modeling concepts, Informatica ETL, Microsoft Analysis Services OLAP, and Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases experience highly preferred.
